Who are your services for?

Our services are for private owners who want to delegate all or part of the management of their properties with peace of mind. Whether you own one home or several, we offer tailored solutions that free you from administrative and technical constraints.

We also work with real estate agencies, as a subcontractor or partner, that want to offer property management to their clients without investing in a dedicated team. They can broaden their offer and retain their clients while relying on our expertise.

How does a tenant request a repair?

A tenant can submit a request in several ways: by email, via a dedicated form or even through the chat. Whichever channel is used, a separate request is automatically created in their client area, so both the tenant and the owner can follow the repair in real time and view the history of requests.

Can I easily change my plan?

Yes, and it is very simple! You can change your plan directly from your client area or by contacting us. Our aim is to give you the solution that best fits your needs, with full flexibility.

Do you handle re-letting yourselves?

Yes, our company is licensed by the IPI (Belgian Institute of Real Estate Agents), which guarantees a professional service that meets industry standards. Part of our team is dedicated to re-letting each property as soon as a tenant leaves, keeping vacancy to a minimum.
