Belgium
Senior profile · Self-employed · Province of Liège · Performance-based remuneration
Who we are
RECAP Estate Management is a real estate family office active in Brussels and Wallonia. We manage and enhance property owners' assets over the long term: rental management, discreet brokerage and asset coordination, with a single point of contact for the client.
Why this role
Our business is scaling up. We are entering co-marketing partnerships with major property developers in two segments: new residential and SME units. Several of these projects are located in the Liège region.
The projects are secured and audited by us. What we need is the person who will find buyers for these units and guide them through to the deed of sale.

Your responsibilities, in line with IPI professional ethics
Finding buyers
- Prospect and build a pool of real estate investors in the province of Liège: private individuals, families, family holding companies, business owners and owner-occupier SMEs.
- Activate your local network — notaries, bankers, accountants, mortgage brokers, business circles — and keep our existing pool engaged.
- Qualify each buyer: financing capacity, holding period, own use or letting, acquisition structure.
- Represent RECAP as a real estate family office, in particular its rental management division.
Marketing the projects
- Present new residential units and SME units to matching profiles, with a costed and verified file.
- Organise and conduct viewings: on site, in the show flat or off-plan.
- Manage the sale from start to finish: option, reservation, sale agreement, follow-up of stage payments, coordination with the notary through to the deed.
Building the link
- Maintain the relationship with partner developers and report to them on sales progress.
- Feed back information on the Liège market: prices, demand, objections, competition.
- Record every contact and every step in our CRM, with full traceability.
